- 30 Box Jump Overs (Sx = 20″/18″ – Rx = 24″/20″ – CRx = 30″/24″)
- Max Calories on the assault bike in the remaining time
- Part B – AMRAP3
- 20 Front Squats (Sx = 95#/65# – Rx = 135#/95# – CRx = 185#/125#)
- Max Calories on the rower in the remaining time
- NOTE – It may be helpful after getting into your team of 2, to pair up with another team of two. This way you can share bars, boxes , bikes and rowers to keep things flowing better between AMRAPS since there are no rests.
