05/10/17: Cherrypickers unite!

Today’s Workout:

  • Teams of 2 -Alternating between Part A & Part B for a total of 6 rounds each (36 min)
    •  Part A – AMRAP3
      • 30 Box Jump Overs (Sx = 20″/18″ – Rx = 24″/20″ – CRx = 30″/24″)
      • Max Calories on the assault bike in the remaining time
    • Part B – AMRAP3
      • 20 Front Squats (Sx = 95#/65# – Rx = 135#/95# – CRx = 185#/125#)
      • Max Calories on the rower in the remaining time
    • NOTE – It may be helpful after getting into your team of 2, to pair up with another team of two.  This way you can share bars, boxes , bikes and rowers to keep things flowing better between AMRAPS since there are no rests.
  • Finisher – Tabata Air Squats – Goal is 100+
