Fifth Annual Mother’s Day Yoga@908 class!

In honor of Mother’s Day, Karen Kelly has prepared a special FREE yoga class for Sunday, May 14th at 8:30 a.m. Join her and feel free to bring your parent, your spouse, your friend, your child (must be able to do yoga for the hour long class) or just yourself…. to honor mothers everywhere.

The complimentary class will include breathing, stretching, balancing, flows, and the best… a restorative, relaxing savasana! All levels are welcome!

Today’s Workout:

  • Strength – Every 2 min x 5 rounds complete the following
    • 5 Hang Power Cleans (Start @ 80% of your 5RM done on 4/3)
    • 55 Double Unders (Sx = :45 of attempts or 110 Single Unders)
  • Conditioning – AMRAP10 – “Hindsight” – Repeat from 11/18/16
    • 20 Kettlebell Swings (Sx = 35#/26# – Rx = 53#/35# – CRx = 70#/53#)
    • 20 Push Ups
  • Finisher – 3 Sets – (20 Banded Tricep Extensions + 20 Banded Good Mornings)
