Today’s Workout:

  • Back Squats – 5 @ 80% / 5 @ 85% / 5 @ 90% – Rest 2-3 min between sets
  • Conditioning – “Karenity” – For Time
    • 150 Wall Balls
    • ***Note – Sx – Only Wall Balls / Rx = At the top of every minute complete 4 Strict Chin Ups Unassisted / CRx = At the top of every minute complete 1 Rope Climb)
  • Finisher – Team 600m Farmers Carry – Teams of 2.  One partner holds lighter weights, one holds a heavier set.  Alternate as needed.
