Today’s Workout:
- Conditioning – 27-21-15-9 reps for time of
- Dumbbell Thrusters (Sx = 30#/20# – Rx = 40#/30#)
- Box Jumps (Sx = 20″/18″ – Rx = 24″/20″)
- Finisher – Handstand Work – Collect a total of 1:00 in a hold on the wall, one minute freestanding, 5 x 5-10 strict handstand push ups or 5 x 25-50ft handstand walk. Practice for 10-15min
