06/02/15: Thanks, rain.

Had to change things up today because it is raining a bit too much.  Sorry, that means no running.  I can hear the cries of agony now.

Today’s Workout:

  • Strength – 5 x 5 Dumbbell Snatch Each Arm
  • Conditioning – AMRAP16
    • 25 Double Unders (Sx = 3 for 1 Singles) (If it isn’t raining, we can do 200m runs)
    • 2 Pull Ups (CRx = CTB) (If your hand are beat up sub ring row)
    • 2 Handstand Push Ups (CRX = 4″/3″ Deficit) (Sx = DB Push Press)
    • 25 Double Unders
    • 4 Pull Ups
    • 4 Handstand Push Ups
    • 25 Double Unders
    • 6 Pull Ups
    • 6 Handstand Push Ups
  • Finisher – Max Sit Ups in 2 minutes
