Had to change things up today because it is raining a bit too much. Sorry, that means no running. I can hear the cries of agony now.
Today’s Workout:
- Strength – 5 x 5 Dumbbell Snatch Each Arm
- Conditioning – AMRAP16
- 25 Double Unders (Sx = 3 for 1 Singles) (If it isn’t raining, we can do 200m runs)
- 2 Pull Ups (CRx = CTB) (If your hand are beat up sub ring row)
- 2 Handstand Push Ups (CRX = 4″/3″ Deficit) (Sx = DB Push Press)
- 25 Double Unders
- 4 Pull Ups
- 4 Handstand Push Ups
- 25 Double Unders
- 6 Pull Ups
- 6 Handstand Push Ups
- Finisher – Max Sit Ups in 2 minutes
