Today’s Workout:
- Strength – E2MOM14 – 3 Snatch – Work on technique and being able to overhead squat each rep. If overhead squat is unavailable, working power is okay.
- Conditioning – AMRAP14 –
- 15 Ring Rows
- 20 Overhead Reverse Lunges (1-for-1) – (45#/25#)
- Finisher – 3 rds – 25 Hollow Body Rocks (sx = 30 sec hollow hold) / 25 superman rocks (sx = superman hold)
