06/08/15: Happy Monday

Today’s Workout:

  • Strength – E2MOM14 – 3 Snatch – Work on technique and being able to overhead squat each rep.  If overhead squat is unavailable, working power is okay.
  • Conditioning – AMRAP14 –
    • 15 Ring Rows
    • 20 Overhead Reverse Lunges (1-for-1) – (45#/25#)
  • Finisher – 3 rds – 25 Hollow Body Rocks (sx = 30 sec hollow hold) / 25 superman rocks (sx = superman hold)

  1. Thanks so much for the awesome shout out. Appreciate it. Crossfit while pregnant has been quite the journey and has alleviated a lot of those unwanted pregnancy ” side effects “. The second time around I was much more confident maintaining the movements throughout. Thanks to all the coaches for the help and support. See ya the moment I get the ok to be back ;). 6 am love!
