06/14/12 – Goal Day

Goals – It’s been a while since we wrote goals on the board.  Let’s test out some goals we wrote down a few months ago and come up with some new ones.  Always strive for something in your journey to fitness.  It can be anything from making it to the gym as frequently as you would like to lifting some heavy things.  All you need is one goal.  Put it up there!
