Today’s Workout:

  • Conditioning – “Girls and Guns” – AMRAP30
    • 5 Pull Ups (Sx = 5 Ring Rows (No banded pull ups))
    • 10 Push Ups
    • 15 Air Squats
    • 1 Power Snatch (Sx = 75#/55# – Rx = 95#/65# – CRx = 135#/95#)
    • ****Note – Add one rep to the power snatch every round.****
  • Finisher – Abmat sit ups (Sx = 50 / Rx = 75 / CRx = 100)
