Today’s Workout:
- Conditioning – “Girls and Guns” – AMRAP30
- 5 Pull Ups (Sx = 5 Ring Rows (No banded pull ups))
- 10 Push Ups
- 15 Air Squats
- 1 Power Snatch (Sx = 75#/55# – Rx = 95#/65# – CRx = 135#/95#)
- ****Note – Add one rep to the power snatch every round.****
- Finisher – Abmat sit ups (Sx = 50 / Rx = 75 / CRx = 100)
