07/17/17: A little legs to start the week…

We have a guest coach tonight @ 4:15/5:15pm.  Many of you have met Eddie before.  He was one of the co-owners of CrossFit Hoboken where I started.  He was also part owner of CrossFit Jersey City with me.  You all are in very good hands.

Today’s Workout:

  • Strength – Back Squat – Based off of heavy single on 6/22 (Think 1RM)
    • 10 @ 70% / 8 @ 75% / 6 @ 80%
  • Conditioning – For Total Reps – Tabata – 8 x :20 work / :10 rest
    • Sit Ups
    • Russian KB Swings (Sx = 35@/26# – Rx = 53#/35# – CRx = 70#/53#)
    • Lunges (In place / Reverse)
    • Russian KB Swings
    • Sit Ups
  • Finisher – Heavy 300m Front Rack Carry
