- Strength – Back Squat – Based off of heavy single on 6/22 (Think 1RM)
- 10 @ 70% / 8 @ 75% / 6 @ 80%
- Conditioning – For Total Reps – Tabata – 8 x :20 work / :10 rest
- Sit Ups
- Russian KB Swings (Sx = 35@/26# – Rx = 53#/35# – CRx = 70#/53#)
- Lunges (In place / Reverse)
- Russian KB Swings
- Sit Ups
- Finisher – Heavy 300m Front Rack Carry
