07/19/17: Sleds Outside!

Please try to leave the front of the building as open as possible when parking.  We will be using the front for our sled pushes today.

Today’s Workout:

  • Strength – 5 Sets – Rest as needed – 15 min cap
    • 10 Strict Chin Ups
    • 10 Strict Ring Dips
    • Goal – To keep proper body position (think hollow body) throughout both movements hitting range of motion standards from start to finish.  For those of you close to getting off bands, start each set with as many unassisted reps as possible and add bands as needed.
  • Conditioning – Teams of 4-5 – AMRAP20
    • Sled Push 80ft (Outside) – (Sx = +90#/+45# – Rx = + 180#/+115# – CRx = + 225#/+155#)
  • Finisher – Roll Calves, Quads, IT Bands
