  • Conditioning – Part A – EMOM10
    • 1st min – Cal Bike (Sx = 10 /8 – Rx = 14/11 – CRx = 20/15)
    • 2nd min – Rest
  • Rest 2 min
  • Conditioning – Part B – EMOM10
    • 1st min -100ft  Sled Push (Sx = Unloaded / Rx = +45#/+25# / CRx = 150ft push @ +45#/+25#)
    • 2nd min – Rest
  • Rest 2 min
  • Conditioning – Part C – EMOM10
    • 1st min – Max Russian KB Swings (Sx = 35#/26# – Rx = 53#/35# – CRx = 70#/53#)
    • 2nd min – Rest
  • NOTE – Teams of 2 will alternate who is resting and who is working.  Each partner works for a total of 5 min during each EMOM.  i.e. – Partner A bikes 14 cals on min 1 (Rx Male) while partner B rests.  At the start of minute 2 Partner B begins his/her desired calorie target for that minute.
