- 10 Overhead Squats (Sx = 45#/35# – Rx = 75#/55# – CRx = 95#/65#)
- 30 Pull Ups (Sx = Jumping Pull Ups)
- 20 Overhead Squats
- 20 Pull Ups
- 30 Overhead Squats
- 10 Pull Ups
- Finisher – 300m Carry – 1/2 Front Rack / 1/2 Farmers – Alternate as needed
