Today’s Workout:

  • Skill – Find a 2RM Hang Snatch – 15 min (This can be changed to a clean if going overhead is not an option)
  • Conditioning – For Time – “QUADraLATeral”
    • 10 Overhead Squats (Sx = 45#/35# – Rx = 75#/55# – CRx = 95#/65#)
    • 30 Pull Ups (Sx = Jumping Pull Ups)
    • 20 Overhead Squats
    • 20 Pull Ups
    • 30 Overhead Squats
    • 10 Pull Ups
  • Finisher – 300m Carry – 1/2 Front Rack / 1/2 Farmers – Alternate as needed
