    • 1st min – 2-3 Rope Climbs (Sx = 2-3 Mod Climbs OR 5-10 Strict Pull Ups)
    • 2nd min – 40ft Dumbbell Overhead Walking Lunge (20 ft down / 20 ft back – 1/2 with right arm / 1/2 with left) – (Sx = 20#/15# – Rx = 30#/20# – CRx = 40#/30#)
  • Conditioning – “Here’s the kicker”
    • 21-18-15-12-9-6-3
      • Toes To Bar (Sx = Wtd Sit Ups)
      • Box Jump Overs (Sx = 20″/18″ – Rx = 24″/20″)
  • Finisher – 3 Sets – 10 Single Arm Dumbbell Rows / :30 Side Plank Each Side
