Today’s Workout:

  • Strength – 5 x 3 Dumbbell Clean (Squat) – 15 min
  • Conditioning – AMRAP20 – “Spaghetti and Medballs”
    • 15 Medicine Ball Cleans (Sx = 14#/10# – Rx = 20#/14# – CRx = 35#/25#)
    • 10 Push Ups
    • 5 Burpees
  • Finisher – Foam Roll Quads / Couch Stretch 2 min each leg
