Note To Nutrition Challenge Peeps – Please email me your starting weight/ending weight, starting reps/ending reps and your nutrition point totals.  Remember,  you had to post your daily scores on the comments section to be eligible to win either challenge.

Crossfit 908 Night Out on Thursday, Aug 4 at The Crossroads in Garwood @ 8:30pm.  One of our members, Jake, will be playing in his band that night.  We should go support him and celebrate the end of a very successful Nutrition challenge and all of the awesome new people at CrossFit 908.

Nutrition Challenge – The winners will be announced this week.  Congratulation to everyone who participated. I think we are going to see some great performance improvements!  I am still collecting everyone’s data so please give me a few days.  Thanks!

New Fundamentals Starts Tuesday, August 2nd @ 6:45pm!  The program will run for 4 weeks and meet Tuesday/Thursday nights from 6:45pm-7:30pm.  Class size is limited to 10 people.  Please contact [email protected] if you are interested.

    Benchmark WOD-
    First time around was 5 Rounds + 3 Burpees= 153 Total Reps

    Benchmard WOD 7/29/11-
    5 Rounds +5 Burpees + 10 Box Jumps= 165 Total Reps
