Nutrition Challenge Results – Drum roll please…..The winners of the two challenges are…………… Jake C., Desiree C, and Melissa M.! How? Well, these three people not only actively posted their daily scores, but all three of them increased their benchmark WOD scores significantly, lost weight, and carried the three highest nutrition challenge points. The reason for three winners is that it was too close for me to feel good about giving it to one over the other. I ran the numbers two main ways. First, by rank, and second, by standardizing weight loss %, increased reps in the benchmark WOD, and nutrition challenge points. I can show you the excel formulas to prove it. The bottom line is that these three were the best. Congratulations to Jake, Melissa, and Desiree on your free unlimited month to CF 908! Congratulations to everyone on trying out Paleo/Primal nutrition for a month. I know many of you who will be continuing this style of nutrition for a long time to come! That is clearly a huge success, and the main goal of these types of challenges. I promise we will have a new challenge in the next few months. Thank you everyone!
