08/26/10 – Front Squats & Conditioning

The Cure SMA Awareness WOD – This will be the workout on Saturday to support families of SMA.  Here is the Donation Site if you are interested.

Fundamentals – There is a New Fundamentals starting next Monday, 08/30.  The class will meet on the following dates @ 5am!

Schedule –

  • Foam Roll / Mobility Warm Up / Burgener Warm Up
  • Front Squat – 5-5-5
  • WOD – 30-20-10 reps of each for time
    • Push Press – Use kettlebells, dumbbells or a barbell
    • Kettlebell Swings
    • Wall Balls
  • Stretch – No, seriously spend the last 5-10 minutes stretching out some tight areas.
