It’s that time of year when things start to get crazy. Kids go back to school, work starts to pick up, and the Holidays are on the horizon. It is easy to get lost in it all and forget about someone very important, YOU! Who is ready for a Fall Nutrition Challenge? We are thinking of doing two different types of challenge. One that is paleo based and one that is macro-nutrient based (i.e. flexible dieting). Please post to the comments and let us know which challenge you would like to try.

- 30 Wall Balls (Sx = 14#/10# – Rx = 20#/14#)
- 15 Strict Ring Dips
- Finisher – 3 x 10 Strict Chin Ups + 20 V-Ups
