- Foam Roll / Mobility Warm Up / Burgener Warm Up
- Strength – Push Press – 3-3-3-3-3 – 2-3 sets of warm up. Start your working sets @ 70% of your !RM and try to go for a PR!
- Conditioning – 20 min AMRAP! Complete as many reps and rounds as possible of
- 20 Air Squats
- 15 Kettlebell Swings
- 10 Knees To Elbows
- 5 HSPU’s
- 3 x 20 GHD Sit Ups
- Stretch
