  • Conditioning – 21-15-9 reps for time of
    • Overhead Barbell Lunge (Reverse) – (Sx = 65#/45# – Rx = 95#/65# – CRx = 135#/95#)
    • Pull Ups (CRx = CTB)
  • Accessory – Shoulder Mobility
