Today’s Workout:
- Skill Work – Rope Climbs – Work on finding a comfortable foot hold for rope climbs. Practice holding on to the pull up bar and setting your feet on a rope. You don’t have to climb to the top to start to learn how to climb. Give it a go. If you are familiar with rope climbs, get into groups of 2-3 and alternate rope climbs for a total of 8-10 climbs each person.
- Conditioning – “Beat it or Eat It” – (Sx = 3rds / Rx = 4rds / CRx = 5 Rds)
- 400M Run
- 25 Kettlebell Swings (Sx = 35#/26# – Rx = 53#/35#)
- 15 Box Jumps (Sx = 20″/18″ – Rx = 24″/20″)
- Finisher – 3 Rds – 10 Strict Toes To Bar / 20 V-Ups
