10/18/17: We're Climbing!

Today’s Workout:

  • Conditioning – AMRAP25 – “Hunter Gatherer”
    • 600m Run
    • 500m Row
    • 4 Rope Climbs (Sx = 4 Mod Climbs / 24 Ring Rows / 16 Strict Pull Ups)
    • Intention – After two days of some pretty intense workouts, today’s goal is to move for an extended period of time at sub maximal effort.  We are looking for 70-80% perceived effort as a way to sweat and recover from the past two days.  We will be squatting heavy Thursday and we have a challenging partner workout planned for Friday.
  • Finisher – Handstand Work – 15 min  – Holds / Shoulder taps / Freestanding holds / Walks
