- Strength – Superset – 5 Sets – Rest 2 min between sets
- 10 Dumbbell Step Ups (no higher than 20″ box)
- 10 Barbell Good Mornings (Add a little weight if possible)
- 10 V-Ups
- Conditioning – AMRAP10 – “Simple Math”
- 10 Kettlebell Swings (Sx = 35#/26# – Rx = 53#/35# – CRx = 70#/53#)
- 10 Slam Balls (Sx = 35#/25# – Rx = 50#/35#)
- Finisher – 3 Sets
- 10 Dumbbell Curls (Alternating – 10 each arm)
- 10 Banded Tricep Extensions
