Today’s Workout:
- Strength – 1RM Shoulder Press (If going overhead is not an option, choose to 1RM close grip bench) – 20 min – Make sure you do ample shoulder mobility
- Conditioning –
- 500m Row
- 25 Burpees
- 600m Run
- 50 Air Squats
- 500m Row
- 100 Double Unders
- Accessory – 2 x 25 GHD Sit Ups
