CrossFit 908’s 3rd Annual Christmas Party – Saturday, December 3rd @ 8pm. Everyone is invited to celebrate the Holidays with us.  Bring your friends, family, etc.  Please bring one item of food or booze.  We will be providing beers and liquor.  Wearing your favorite Christmas outfit is not discouraged.

  • Mobility Warm Up
  • Complete the following, stopping at the top of every minute to complete 3 burpees
    • 28 Deadlifts (155/105)
    • 28 Toes To Bar
    • 28 Hang Clean (155/105)
    • 28 Steps OHWL
    • 28 Push Jerk (155/105)
  • Finisher – Wish Lara a very Happy Birthday, and thank her for this super easy workout….bleh!
  • Stretch

    This work out looks awesome! I was super excited, until I saw those F-ing burpees on the second read through. Seriously… are those necessary!?!
