- 15 Power Snatch (Sx = 45#/35# – Rx = 75#/55#)
- Finisher – Wall Walks – Sx =5 x 1 Upside down hold for 20-30 seconds with feet on box / Rx = 5 x 3 Wall Walks – 1 min rest
