  • Strength – Power Cleans – 5 x 6 – Goal is to work on efficient barbell cycling
  • Conditioning – 15-12-9-6-3 reps for time of
    • Strict Handstand Push Ups
    • Hang Power Cleans @ 80% of heaviest strength set
  • Finisher – 5 x 5 High Box Jump + 5 High Pulls Each Arm @ 3010
