- Conditioning – Every 3 min x 10 rounds – “10 Course Prix Fixe”
- Assault Bike – 15/10 Calories (Max 40 seconds on bike)
- 100ft Heavy Front Rack Carry (Sx = 75#/50# – Rx = 100#/75# – Rx = 150#/100#) – You can also use two kettlebells instead of a slam ball / stone
- Finisher – 5 Sets – 10-15 Ring Dips
