11/16/17: Gym Closed Sunday

Just a reminder that we will be closed this upcoming Sunday due to some improvements we are doing to the gym.

Today’s Workout:

  • Conditioning – Every 3 min x 10 rounds – “10 Course Prix Fixe”
    • Assault Bike – 15/10 Calories (Max 40 seconds on bike)
    • 100ft Heavy Front Rack Carry (Sx = 75#/50# – Rx = 100#/75# – Rx = 150#/100#) – You can also use two kettlebells instead of a slam ball / stone
  • Finisher – 5 Sets – 10-15 Ring Dips
