Jeanne with a pretty good deadlift set up. Back is flat, weight on heels, shoulders over the bar. The only thing I would change is the positioning of her neck. Your goal during any movement is to keep your cervical spine in line with the rest of your spine. The head should be tilted forward with the chin tucked. Your gaze can move as you stand up.
