The saying goes, “A picture is worth a thousand words.” Well, we take a lot of pictures here at CF 908, and most of them are of our members working out. Some words that come to mind when you see those pictures are: Brutal, tough, puke, miserable, strong, fast, seriously?, and I hate Tim, but then there are those pictures that bring other emotions to mind.
