- 5 Single Arm Strict Dumbbell Press Each Arm
- 5-10 Strict Pull Ups (Use bands as needed)
- Conditioning – AMRAP9
- 28 Double Unders (Sx = 56 Single Unders)
- 7 Handstand Push Ups (Sx = Hand Release Push Ups / Rx = Head to Ground / CRx = Deficit)
- Intention – Choose a HSPU or mod that will allow you to do several rounds unbroken. With a shorter workout like this we want to keep the intensity high and accumulate a decent volume of handstand push ups. Kipping is encouraged.
