Today’s Workout:
- For Time – In teams of 2 (one slam ball per team) “Jingle Balls”
- 800m Run (Slam Ball must be carried by one partner. You can alternate as needed)
- 100 Slam Ball Step Ups (20″)
- 100 Slam Ball Lunges (Reverse)
- 200 Double Unders (One partner must hold slam ball overhead in order for any double unders to count)
- 100 Slam Ball Lunges
- 100 Slam Ball Step Ups
- 800m Run (Slam Ball must be carried by one partner. You can alternate as needed)
- NOTE – If at any point during the workout the slam ball touches the ground, the team is penalized a total of 20 burpees per occurrence.
- Finisher – 20 Calorie Assault Bike For Time
If I lay down and the ball just sits on top of me- not touching the ground- no burpee penalty right?
