12/26/15: Jingle Balls

Today’s Workout:

  • For Time – In teams of 2 (one slam ball per team) “Jingle Balls”
    • 800m Run (Slam Ball must be carried by one partner.  You can alternate as needed)
    • 100 Slam Ball Step Ups (20″)
    • 100 Slam Ball Lunges (Reverse)
    • 200 Double Unders (One partner must hold slam ball overhead in order for any double unders to count)
    • 100 Slam Ball Lunges
    • 100 Slam Ball Step Ups
    • 800m Run (Slam Ball must be carried by one partner.  You can alternate as needed)
      • NOTE – If at any point during the workout the slam ball touches the ground, the team is penalized a total of 20 burpees per occurrence.
  • Finisher – 20 Calorie Assault Bike For Time
