12/29/14: Friends don't let friends skip leg day

Today’s Workout:

  • Every 2 min for 10 min complete 5 Front Rack Lunges on each leg.  Bar taken from the ground.
  • Conditioning – AMRAP10 – Increase by 2 reps each round
    • 2 Goblet Squats (Sx = 35#/26# – Rx = 53#/35# – CRx = 70#/53#)
    • 2 Box Jumps (Sx = 20″/18″ – Rx = 24″/20″ – CRx = 30″/24″) –
    • 4 Goblet Squats
    • 4 Box Jumps
    • 6
    • 6…….
  • Finisher – Collect 2 min in a Hollow Body Position and 1 min in a Superman hold
