Schedule –

  • Foam Roll / Mobility Warm Up / Burgener Warm Up
  • Deadlift – 3-3-3-3-3
  • WOD – 15 min AMRAP –
    • 6 Pull Ups
    • 10 Burpees
    • 14 Lunges (7 each foot)
  • 2 min Plank + 1 min each side
  • Stretch
