Schedule –
- Foam Roll / Mobility Warm Up / Burgener Warm Up
- Deadlift – 3-3-3-3-3
- WOD – 15 min AMRAP –
- 6 Pull Ups
- 10 Burpees
- 14 Lunges (7 each foot)
- 2 min Plank + 1 min each side
- Stretch
