  • Front Squat – 5-4-3-2-1 – Go for a PR
  • WOD – 21-15-9 reps for time of
    • Hang Power Cleans (135/95)
    • Hand Stand Push Up
  • Collect a total of 90 seconds in an L-Hold in as few sets as possible.
  • Stretch
