Schedule –

  • Mobility Warm Up
  • Make Up a Workout / Do a CrossFit Endurance Workout / Lift Some Heavy Things / Work on a Goal OR Complete the CrossFit Games Open Sectionals Workout tonight at any of the classes.
  • Spend 10-15 minutes on your tight ish.  Hips, Quads, Hamstrings, etc.

    Hey Guys, I could really use some judges on saturday after the 930 class to help with sectionals. this will allow us to all do the workout together making it easier to be competitive. please, If you think you can be a judge let me know and we will talk today, thursday, or tomorrow, friday and see if it will work out.
