Nutrition Challenge! – Preliminary Details

  • When – Monday, 06/20/11 – Friday, 07/29/11 (6 weeks)
  • Measurement Standards – (50% weighting for each of the below measurements to determine one male and one female winner)
    • Benchmark Workout (Greatest % Change in Time)
    • Weight Loss (Greatest % Change in Weight)
  • Accountability – We are going to devise some system to keep you all on track whether it is a buy in, food log, point systems or some combination of those three.
  • Information – We’ll provide you with information for your Nutrition Challenge.  We will send out a newsletter as well as host a nutrition discussion before the challenge begins.
