A big thank you to Lululemon Athletica Springfield Avenue, Trepta Yoga, and all of my 908 family for a great event on Saturday.  111 people showed up for 3 hours of CrossFit, Yoga, and good times.  Make sure to check out Lululemon’s Facebook page to see some great pictures.

CrossFit 908’s New Fundamentals program starts tomorrow, Tuesday, @ 6:45pm.  The class will meet eight times over four weeks @ 6:45pm on Tuesday and Thursday nights. Sign Up HERE.

  • Overhead Squat – 5×5 – Work on Technique.  If you lack the proper shoulder mobility to safely perform an OHS, sub front squat.

    • 16 Double Unders
  • Accessory – 3×20 GHD Hip Extensions
  • Stretch – Shoulder Mobility
