• Additional WOD Prep – 3RNOTFT – 10 Ring Dips / 10 Lunges / 20 Double Unders
  • WOD – Every 5 min complete the following for a total of 5 rounds
    • 300m Run (The run should be done @ 80-90% effort, which means FAST)
    • 20 Wall Balls – 20#14# – (You should aim to complete the wall balls in 2 sets or less)
    • 15 Box Jumps – 24″/20″(Games Standard – Try to rebound off the ground, keeping a rhythm).
