- Conditioning – AMRAP10 – Teams of 4-5
- 50ft Sled Push – Using slam balls of your choice, every time you are on the side that the sled started on you must hold a slam ball across your belly / chest. When on the opposite side you can rest.
- Finisher – 5 Sets –
- 100ft Heavy Farmers Carry (150+/100+)
- Side Plank with 15 reach through on each side
