Today’s Workout:

  • Strength – EMOM10
    • 9 Toes To Bar
    • 3 Deadlift @ 80% of heavy triple set on 3/30.
  • Conditioning – AMRAP10 – Teams of 4-5
    • 50ft Sled Push – Using slam balls of your choice, every time you are on the side that the sled started on you must hold a slam ball across your belly / chest.  When on the opposite side you can rest.
  • Finisher – 5 Sets –
    • 100ft Heavy Farmers Carry (150+/100+)
    • Side Plank with 15 reach through on each side
