  • Conditioning –  AMRAP5 – Rest 2 min – AMRAP7  – Rest 3- For Time (20 min time cap)
    • 100 Double Unders
    • 20 Handstand Push Ups (Sx – DB Push Press / Rx = Head to Ground)
    • 300m Run
    • 40 Deadlifts (Sx = 95#/65# – Rx = 135#/95# – CRx = 205#/135#)
    • 50 Burpees Over The Bar
  • Finisher – 3 x 10-15 Ring Dips + :30 Hollow Hold
