- 10 Single Arm Press Each Arm
- 1 min rest after each super set
- Conditioning – AMRAP14 – “Rocco’s Modern Life”
- 20 Wall Balls (Sx = 14#/10# Rx = 20#/14# – CRx = 35#/20#)
- 10 Strict Pull Ups (Sx = Banded OR 10 Ring Rows)
- Finisher – 3 Sets – 12 Bicep Curls Each Arm + 12 Ring Dips
