- Conditioning – Reverse Annie – For Time
- 10-20-30-40-50 reps of
- Sit Ups
- Double Unders (Sx = 3 for 1 singles or 1/2 the amount of cals on the bike)
- 10-20-30-40-50 reps of
- Finisher – 400m Double KB Front Rack Walk – Heavier than last week.
