Today’s Workout;
- Part A – 5 Rounds – Rest 2 min between rounds – Teams of 4-5
- Cal Bike (Sx = 10/7 – Rx = 15/11 – CRx = 20/14)
- 10-15 Ring dips (Goal is to keep sets unbroken. No more than 3 sets.
- Rest 5 min
- Part B – 5 x 3 Hang Squat Clean – Increase weight each set. Build to a heavy triple
- Finisher – 3 x 100ft Heavy Front Rack Carry
