Today’s Workout:
- Strength – 10 x 50ft Sled Push – Add weight as possible. It should take you no longer than 30 seconds to complete 50ft.
- Conditioning – 10 x 250m Row Sprints – Alternate with a partner. Goal is to keep all rows within 5 seconds of each other.
- Finisher – 3 x Max Effort Push Ups – Rest 60 seconds
