    • 15 Deadlift (Sx = 115#75# – Rx = 155#/105# – CRx = 225#/155#)
    • 15 Box Jumps (Sx = 20″/18″ – Rx = 24″/20″)
    • 2 Rope Climbs (Sx = 2 Modified Climbs OR 10 Ring Rows)
  • Finisher – 3 x 20 Side Plank Reach Through + :30 Hollow Hold
