- 2-4-6-8-10-12-14-16-18-20 – Handstand Push Ups (Sx = Hand Release Push Ups)
- Finisher – 3 Sets – 10 High Pulls (3010) + 10 Strict Pull Ups
Considering I took out a whole portion of onion dip and potato chips today, I would say I am all in for a nutrition challenge:)
