Yoga will go on a break….Karen Kelly will be away visiting family out west. No yoga starting Thursday, October 2nd for two weeks. Yoga resumes on Sunday October 19th.

- Strength -EMOM10 – 1 Power Snatch with a 2 second pause just above the knee. Focus is on pull the knees back and keeping your chest over the bar.
- Conditioning – For Time
- 50 Double Unders (Sx = 3-for-1 Singles)
- 10 Overhead Squats (Sx = 75#/55# – Rx = 95#/65# – CRx = 135#/95#)
- 40 Double Unders
- 8 Overhead Squats
- 30 Double Unders
- 6 Overhead Squats
- 20 Double Unders
- 4 Overhead Squats
- 10 Double Unders
- 2 Overhead Squats
- Finisher – Pigeon Pose + Couch Stretch – 2 min each leg
