Today’s Workout:
- Back Squat – 6 x 6 @ 1-5# heavier than last week. This is our last squat session before we max out our 5 rep this Friday.
- Conditioning – AMRAP12
- 3 Handstand Push Ups (Sx = Box HSPU OR DB Push Press / Rx = Head to Ground / CRx = Deficit or Strict)
- 3 High Box Jumps (Challenge Yourself)
- 6 HSPU
- 6 High Box Jumps
- 9 HSPU
- 9 High Box Jumps
- Continue to add 3 reps to each movement until 12 minutes is reached.
- Finisher – 4 x 10 KB Side Bends + 15 Wtd Sit Ups
