01/27/17: Skill SandwichBy tim / January 26, 2017 Today’s Workout: Conditioning – 3RFT – “Primed and Ready” 70 Double Unders (Sx = 3-for-1 singles or 2 mins of attempts) 50 Abmat Sit Ups 3 Rope Climbs (Sx = Mod / CRx = Legless) Finisher – 400m Double KB Front Rack Carry Here’s a guy who could barely overhead squat an empty barbell 5 years ago. He worked diligently on his shoulder mobility and now can max out well over 100#. Always so inspiring to see people make such drastic progress through dedication. Go Greg!
