01/27/17: Skill Sandwich

Today’s Workout:

  • Conditioning – 3RFT – “Primed and Ready”
    • 70 Double Unders (Sx = 3-for-1 singles or 2 mins of attempts)
    • 50 Abmat Sit Ups
    • 3 Rope Climbs (Sx = Mod / CRx = Legless)
  • Finisher – 400m Double KB Front Rack Carry
Here’s a guy who could barely overhead squat an empty barbell 5 years ago. He worked diligently on his shoulder mobility and now can max out well over 100#. Always so inspiring to see people make such drastic progress through dedication. Go Greg!
